Registration
Early Bird Registration includes the following:​
- Admittance for the conference
- Lunch and dinner on Saturday
- Conference shirt
- Admittance for Family Night

If you register after the deadline, the conference shirt will not be included. However, there may be some available for purchase at the conference. Supplies will be limited.

In accordance to TBCD's Constitution, a member may be elected as a messenger and participate in the business meeting under the following requirements:

Persons must be a member of a Texas Southern Baptist Church that ministers to the Deaf

Persons must be duly elected by their church and shall have full voting rights

Each church may elect a maximum of 20 qualified messengers
​
Members may participate in the business meeting. However, they may not serve in any official capacity or have any voting rights
​
Persons that are not members of an TSBC or are not residents of Texas will be welcomed as guests
If you are wanting to attend and participate in the business meeting on Saturday, please click on the icon below and print. Have your pastor sign it. If there are other people from your church attending, you may add their names to the form.
